well, i just put the new motor in 2 days ago and i'm having a low end surging problem... it surges at anything other than WOT.. at WOT it pulls hard and smoothly. also if i'm giving it a good amount of gas at any time and let off fully it will backfire. does this sounds like there is too much fuel getting into the engine?
- 1992 roller motor freshened w/new rings and bearings
- fms b-cam
- 1.6 crane roller rockers
- tfs twisted wedge aluminum heads
- tfs valve covers
- edlebrock air-gap intake
- solid motor mounts
- fms crank/waterpump pullies
- crane ignition box
- holley 600 vac secondary carb
- holley blue pump
and also does anyone have a tech writeup on how to change the fuel level on the carb? this is my first carb'd car and i need to learn all of this!
thanks, - brien
