AFR 205cc Valves Springs

My buddy is buying a set of AFR heads for his 408 stroker and would like to know if the stock solid roller springs will handle .613 lift at 7000+ RPMs without any trouble, or if he has to buy better springs right away.

The max lift per AFR's website lists the valvesprings for the 205cc heads as .670" although I can't say whether they'll be happy with the 7000+ RPM.

I suggest you pull one set and have them tested!! Solid roller cams have to have killer pressures to follow the cam profile!! SOOOooo... take a few minutes and get them tested!! I have seen a engine come apart at 7500 rpm!! SWEEEEET!!
