aftermarket chip

I have a 95 gt with a PTK turbo kit installed. The engine is all stock minus some underdrive pullies. I'm gonna be running 42 lb injectors with a 255 in tank pump. For exhaust I will have a Mac prochamber with flowmasters. Anyone here running a stock motor 94/95 with a turbo kit on it? Did you need a chip in order for your car to run right? I know our computers suck as far as adding performance parts. Also, you think a mail order chip would be fine given my setup? If so, what should I go with? Thanks

You might not need a chip to run right, i mean it will run. But to maximize your car's performance with the turbo, you should get a chip to adjust your air/fuel ratios etc. I would strongly recommend getting a chip.

After my experience with a mail order chip and considering the amount of power your car should be making, I would HIGHLY recommend getting a chip burned on a dyno, not one of the mail order variety.
