Air fuel ratio (can you explain)

This is the graph of four runs I did yesterday on the dynojet with the air fuel ratio. We did not discuss this much (I asked if it was good and was told it was fine); can someone explain this to me?

Looks like it's all over the place till about 3,000 rpms, then it stabilizes. Looks like maybe the carbs secondaries are opening too soon.

the first dip into the 11-12's is probaly the accelerator pump shot and then the graph leans out maybe a bit too much and then guessing the secondary opens up to richen the mix at 3600-3700. you peak power should be good but the mid midrange could be better. high 12's are ok for a dyno pull.
