Would I see any gains if I upgraded the TB, MAF, and put on an open airbox system? I got the mods listed below. Not planning on spending the money for a new intake for now. What brands do you guys recommend for parts that would eventually work with a new intake when I decide to go that route.

You're not going to see a lot of gains from a MAF, T/B and CAI right now. Even with an intake upgrade later on, their full potential won't be realized without upgrading the heads as well. If you were trying to get any kind of performance for the least amount of money right now, I'd swap in a set of 3.73 gears and a set of under driven pulleys. Between the two of them its the best low cost bang for the buck going!
