1. how do i adjust my clutch cable once i get it hoooked back up? i have a firewall adjuster but dont know how to use it, can i just use the two nuts that are on the end down by the bellhousing?
2. anyone know the torque specs for the bellhousing to the back of the motor bolts?
3. if there is fluid in my tranny but the clutch cable isnt hooked up should i be able to put it into gear easily?
4. how do i adjust the shift stops on my pro5.0?

1. You dont need the FWA if you have an adjustable cable. YOu can use the FWA for easier adjustments, but I personally would not.

2. not off the top of my head. Others will.

3. Not necessarily. Need the clutch for that - even with the car off.

4.Dont have a Pro 5.0.

Good luck.

didnt torque my bellhousing bolts....just sinched em down and checked them after a couple uses and were fine. with the stops, just put the car into gear and let the shifter rest, then bring the stop up til it almost touches, but give some slack so that you can get it in gear and not have it pop out. and yes you can put in gear with the fluid not in it...just disengage the clutch

Answer: Bellhousing to Engine bolts 28 - 38 Ft/lbs.

Edit: To adjust the stops.... Put the trans in 3rd and set the stop so it just touches off on the shift lever. Then move into 4th and do the same. Don't forget to cinch down the locking bolt so the stop doesn't move.
