Alright guys need some opions.............

As everyone already knows i am building a motor for boost...................anywhere from 8-12psi..............i am hooked on the dss short blocks i want a lever 20 331..........................and want to run it under 8-12 psi with a FTI blower cam (already have) and vortech blower(already have)...................but i cant decided betweem the 331 or 347 for boost which one would you guys pick and why?????????????????they seem to be very strong and with my dss windage tray and main girdle i wont have to worry about beating the pi$$ outta it either.............

i would prob pick the 347..their great engins one of my friends got one in his 1992 Gt and its a daily driver all motor low 11s..he says so dont quote me with the times..

i hear alot of bad things about the 347............oil problems mostly.............

Personally, I never understood the point of stroking a stock block period. I mean you can make enough power to break the block with stock bottom end and cam, why put all that money into it? So I suppose what Im saying is that I would go with the less expensive option LOL.

Wow! Actually someone with the same opinion as me on this. Unless you get a 4 bolt race block.

well they test em for all that $hit and they say they are very strong so i will give them a try and if i crack it then so be it but i dont think i will.
