altering a MAC pro chamber

I was wondering if altering the pipes on a MAC pro chamber to fit my stock cats so I can stay smog legal will still get me any HP gains Do any of you know if this setup will work?? I'd appreciate any feedback because this is how I feel about an X pipe or a pro chamber at the moment

i prob. shouldn't even reply, since i am basically guessing here; but i'd go out on a limb & say no. i would say the gains u get from prochamber are pretty much 99% from the cats being removed. not to mention it would be difficult/ugly to do this. but thats just my 2 pennies.

I have Mac hi-flow cats cut and welded into my prochamber and mine does ok. It doesnt look half bad either except for the nasty marks where they were cut and welded in.
