Aluminum driveshaft - T-45 and T-3650 the same?

can anyone tell me if a ford motorsport aluminum d/s for a 99-00 GT with a T-45 will fit a T-3650? i think so but i'm not sure. i can't find a part number for the T-3650. thanks
