Yep, Pump with the nice aluminum pulley, brackets and adjusting rod with ends. Also includes the short pressure hose (with the steel line all ready bent to fit over the pump). So all you need to do is go from your rack to to this hose with JIC fittings, and then add the return hose. Makes a clean and easy install.
