Take them out now, and put a thin coat of anti seize on all the plug's (I like to use copper coat). The sooner you do this the better. Infact I recomend putting anti seize in all of the thread's on the head, such as the header bolt's, accesory mount's etc. etc. very important to do this on aluminum heads.
Anti-seize is to keep the threads of the bolt/nut/etc from rusting/corroding/sticking together. Thread-sealer is used to "waterproof" the threads of the bolt/nut/etc. One use is on the flywheel bolts to prevent oil from seeping through from the block. Loctite is used to "lock tight" the threads of bolt/nut/etc to prevent them from loosening.

anti-seize is recommended to avoid rusted threads when removing them in the future; threading something in without anti-seize does not do something bad immediately.
On spark plugs I actually prefer heavy oil but anti-seize will work. On oxygen sensors it's especially important to use the stuff (not oil as the temps are too high)

OR I prefer to use the ARP moly lube on the top bolts, this ensures proper tq with a ARP fastener, also put a thin coating on the washers/bottom of the nuts, as this also ensures proper TQ.
blk92- Wait till the motor is cool to remove the plugs from an alum head, when the head is hot it is easier to mess up the thread on installation. The GOLD anti seize is rated for the high temps.
