Any other suggestions for for my first little tuneup?

havent done just **** to my coupe since i bought it a month or two ago.
havent even washed/waxed it yet. but anyways.
the milage sucks.
and i want to take good care of this car.
so later this week, i got plans to do the following.

if you can think of anything im forgetting, please let me know

1. oil change. 10w-30
2. fuel filter.
3. o2 sensors.
4. spark plugs.
5. have a shop flush/change t-5 fluid.. 17 year old tranny. gotta get all the life possible out of that sucker.
6. clean the k&n
7. new coolant temp sensor. helps determine a/f right?
8. cap/rotor.
9. pvc valve

any others you can think of?

i want to keep it mostly stock. and not blow all my money.
no aftermarket ignition setups etc
thats for the other toy.

you are onthe right track dont worry a there is not that much difference between our years they both still have 5 liters!

All the above are good, you for got plug wires, and i'd flush the radiator. The collant temp sensor doesnt determine a/f ratio as far as i know, the O2's do most of that. Sounds like your on the right track though.

you did forget SEAFOAM put some of that in the crankcase, and the rest in the gas tank, that'll clean your engine and injectors.
