Any other way of removing factory radio?

Not in my stang, but in my father's 2002 Ford F-350 Super Duty? I have the tools needed to push in the 4 holes, but the left side is being a PITA, it won't budge. Is there some other way of removing it besides having to push in those tabs inside the holes? Can I pry it out with something?

You have to just play with it for a bit and make sure you're pushing the "keys" outwards.
