17 x 12 rims for rear - offset backspacing the whole nine yards. i know that the 315/35/17 tire is 12.4 inch wide so where can i find a 17 x 12 rim. thanks

I know where u can get 17x11 ..never heard of 17x12 tho
also 315 will fit 17x10 with no problem

i have no idea. a backhoe maybe. i don't think u have to have a 12" wide rim for a 315/35. believe u can get by with a 10.5"

soon u will find the reasons no one runs them. too much weight (rotational mass) & wayyyyy too 'spensive. but, i bet they would look cool as hell.

true true and true...definately cool as hell....at this time i am holding a 15x12 weld rim in my lap - any idea what size tire to use on them?

no idea man, my research into the subject ended abruptly when i did some calculations of the $ involved. 1700+ bucks for wheels.

Let me be the first to say a 315 tire would look bad on a 12" wheel, way too narrow. You would need a 345+ tire, the kind of offset required for such wheels would make them stick out of the fender, which is illegal and looks horrible

get u a set of e/t's or slicks for em. seriously though, yeah 12" is silly/overkill on these cars. imho.
