My key FOB broke. The chrome colored key ring part separated from the main remote, I tried to put it back on, but I think part of the plastic somewhere is broke because it won't fully seat back on the main black piece. Has anyone successfully used a new shell for this S550 (2015-16) Key Fobs, and just put the guts ( programmed board/batteries) from the old broken key FOB in the new FOB shell? my key fob still works, its just kind of annoying to lug around a key FOB where the key/key ring sit ajar from the main remote, and could potentially separate and get lost
