After I finish my suspension im gonna start working on motor and i want to go with the victor intake, with afr 205's and a fti cam on my 347 project. My question is can you use the elbow for our cars like on the performer intake or do u have to switch to the fox body style air inlet stuff. it says that in edelbrocks catalog so i wasnt sure. and how hard is it to convert? i dont really know anything about this, ive only heard of people swapping the computer out of fox bodies into the sn95 bodys. any help would be great thanks.

Im running the Victor 5.0 manifold on my SN95, but I swapped to the fox throttle body. It looks a lot cleaner, and I couldnt find a 75mm throttle body in the SN95 style, so I went with the fox one. I would do the swap. Only bad thing about the manifold, is I went with Ford Racing Valve Covers, and had to run a 1in spacer to clear them, and under my Harwood Formula 3.5in Cowl hood, it still touches at the very rear of the intake... Youre gonna need either drop mounts, or a big cowl for it... Ill see if I can take some pics and send em to you.

that would be great man, i dont see the difference between foxes and ours so pics would really help. so what all do u need for the swap? yeah i notice that alot of companies like accufab dont make tb's for our year but do for the fox bodies and i always thought that was strange. appreciate the help man.

Theres a good tech article in the "How To" section for the SN95s. All you need is a fox throttle body, some sort of EGR provision, or delete, the throttle cable, and bracket. I havent tried to hook up the cruise yet, but thats in the future. Then the intake tube.. I just used a cheap ebay tube cause I couldnt see spending 100 bucks on a polished piece of pipe. PM me your email, and Ill get you those pics this week.
