Dude, my cousin had to take them for 3 weeks to kick in. It's not the same stuff you are thinking of. Meaning, it don't happen overnight...

Hold on to the good. Don't let your woman f your life up and jerk you around if that's the problem.

You could always be one of these guys.

I believe in TOUGH LOVE, so make a big gash on your chest, then you won't like the feeling and you won't do it again. I HATE MY LIFE!!! booohooo, get over it. Sell your car and get some money to make it a little better. lol

Yea, my cous had to try like 3 different ones b4 he found out what worked. Everybody is different. My sis in law is a physchologist and explained just like diabetes, or some other medical condition, some people are missing a chem or two and this take stuff "can" bump yuo up to normal levels. She said it takes 3 weeks and if you give up b4 then cause of side effects, you lose out and don't get the benefit. Its funny,..kinda. He said he thought it was normal to want to stay in bed for 2 weeks when something didn't go his way. Unlike people who have not experienced it, he says you can't just @#$%ing "pull yourself out out of it" like some of his friends said. It's like saying just "pull yourself outta a broken foot or something. Good luck and I hope you feel better man.

IDK, if it's my culture or what, but we don't consider 'emotional' problems that serious. Our solution to feeling down is either getting laid, getting drunk, or a combination of both. When I feel down, this is what I do. You'll always have problems, so you've gotta learn how to deal with them and not take the EASY way out and committ suicide. We're not the type of people that will sit down and listen to you feel sorry for yourself.

I used to try and help everyone out, but it's ridiculous how lil things can get someone down. After a while, it just got annoying and I hate listening to people whine about anything.

It may have a "stigma" or be misunderstood by culture or religion or race or ..whatever but it is what it is regardless... Just like any other medical condition... If somebody sucks half the seretonin out of your body, you'll be on the floor whether you are black, white or alien...well maybe not alien.

well just an update for you guys. I ended up going to the doc and I'm on pills again. I've been off work since the 5th and won't be going back till at least the 25th. The meds I'm on don't seem to be working but I go back to my doc on the 21st. I'm on effxor xr and from what I hear its a bitch to get off of once you get better.

Hang in there, you will be just fine after they figure out what works best to replace the missing chem.
