I like them. Never seen them on a car, but I don't think a black body would be the way to go. They're not like ultra clears where they just pop, they'd look awkward.

but if you figured a way to make them work, that'd be cool to see.

You might get away with those on a white or silver car, but otherwise i'm gonna say burn it with fire.

It would be interesting to see, but I think it would be hard to pull off tastefully. I'm sure someone has done it, but I want to see stock looking red LX lenses with LED lamping where just the stock tail/brake lights would be. I've seen some tacky monstrosities that plaster a million LEDs all through the fixture, but I think it could be done decently...

Well my vert is in the process of being painted, but I really just wanted to see a picture of them on if you have any?

Also how does the light even work? Does the red overlap the turn signal bulbs?

really not a fan, although its not the worst thing to happen to fox taillights. Theyre better if you tint them, makes it more of a solid tint across the back. Kind of defeats the purpose of clear tails though...
