Anyone every go up against a cobalt SS?

You picked a good day to race. The weather conditions definitely helped your Stang to produce more power than it would have on a hot, humid day.
It appears that you're hooked.

Ha thanks im definitally hooked now! Word got around that i beat that cobalt and now theres this guy with a brand new 2009 mazda speed 3 that thinks gets got me in the bag for next weekend. Im not that kind of guy to be talking crap about how my car can beat your car and i think its the funniest thing to see someone talk so my crap and not back it up in a race like last weekend with the cobalt. So me and my friends friend who has the mazda speed 3 are going to go at it next weekend at the track, i cant wait!!!!

Wow I got dizzy trying to read all the posts but I guess you ended up beat the Cobalt?! If you beat the Cobalt the Mazda will be nooooooo problem!!!

i know what you mean lol i didnt expect this thread to take off like it really did but its really cool to see what everyone has to think, i hope ill beat that mazda just like a did that cobalt, it'll be a real treat for me

Congrats on the win!

Although those turbo cobalts are pretty balanced cars, Their handling is remarkably good for an american compact car (from everything i've read). If i had to chose a fwd car, that'd be it. But I'm biased towards v8 rwd cars, so not gonna happen (except on forza lol)
