Anyone heard of Autocraft (Engine Builder) in Dallas?

Has anyone ever heard of this shop? I'm buying a car with an engine and transmission in it these guys built. The current owner does not have much info on it and I'm trying to find out some info on what went into it. The info I have from them is:

This is from a couple years ago and the number is disconnected. Did they go out of business? Have a number of a new shop or something? Anybody know anything about the quality of their work? Thanks I appreciate the help.
