Anyone know the cam specs that came in 5.0 Explorers?

I'm picking up an Explorer long block, just wondering how the cam stacks up against a stock Mustang cam? I'll eventually be slipping an aftermarket cam in but for now i'm sticking with stock unless my Mustang cam is better.

I remember reading that the explorer cam is smaller than the 5.0HO cam. I also heard someone say it's the same as the 94-95 cobra cam, which would made sense since the cobra cam is smaller than the 5.0HO cam.

I'm sure someone will know for sure, but if it were me I would run the Mustang cam.

.264 int .280 exh lobe lift

advertised duration 256 int 266 exh

overlap 30*
lobe center 118* int 114* exh

I`d use the HO cam for now,it`s more aggressive.
