Okay, so here's my problem in a little more depth.

I'm using my stock Fox prop valve technically. I compared the fox and Sn95 prop valve and discovered they were basically the same except for the rear fittings. I discovered the thread and fitting lenghts were the same, so i unscrewed the rear plug from an SN95 prop valve and screwed it into the rear of my Fox valve.

So basically now every single line bolts up fine, except the driver's side front.

I went to a parts store and you can get 3/16" brake line with two fittings already double flared on it for $2. So i can leave one side alone, bend ot to shape and then just flare the other side.

Here's the problem. The SN95 fitting on the rear is an odd size. It's not double flare at all inside.

I need a OEM fitting off an SN95 for this or some sort of adapter to a 3/16" tube IF fitting.

I swapped this onto the rear of the Fox prop valve

But as you can see, it's not a typical double flare type fitting. I beleive it's 1/2 - 20 extremely fine thread. I'll have to check money at work with some misc hardware to determine thread pitch and size.

Yeah its a bubble fitting, really common on the SN95's, almost had to redo my entire car with those damn bubble fittings when i did the brake swap over

Well, if i can match up the right thread pitch to a common bolt, i might be able to get a fitting here

www.FMSIinc.com - Automotive Hardware - 360 Degree Seal Clamps

Otherwise, i'll go to the boneyard and snag a fitting off an SN95. The line may not be the same as an ABS car, but i can at least get the right fitting.

How hard is it to do a bubbleflare?

Well, i have no idea what thread pitch this is.

It's not a 1/2-20, and not M12-1.75. It's finer pitch that that.
