Anyone live in or near Northville, Mi?

I live in PA and I sent someone money through paypal for an amplifier over 2 weeks ago. I have never seen the amp, never seen the tracking number, nothing. I have his name and his phone #. I would like to know what the local police # is around there if possible. Or if anyone is around there maybe kick the shat out of him for me. I called him many times and left messages for him. I have never heard anything back from him. Thanks guys!
