Anyone order from these guys?

Has anyone ordered from Discount Tire Direct? Recently I purchased a wheel and tire combination for about 2k and everything seemed ok, but i have yet to receive an email confirmation that my order was shipped. I have sent several emails requesting when they will be shipped since my ccard has already been billed and that was over 2 weeks ago. Any advice?

Discount Tire.. ive used them before.. and Discount Tire Direct is the same company.

just call them..they've been around for years and i other then tirerack.com, thats the safest tire place online.
