aod-e to T-5, T-45 swap?

i have an AOD-E on my 94 5.0 vert, and would LOVE to make the standard swap, i would appreciate knowing about what would be involved from someone who has done it themselves, new tranny and bellhousing obviously, what else, i mean the real discreet things i probably would overlook too, also, what about the old tranny crossmember brace?...etc, any info is helpful, thanks

the crossmember is the same, you will need : flywheel, flywheel bolts, pedal assy. and make sure you get an aftermarket quadrant and adj. cable, also a shifter, flexplate, computer is not nessesary but is recomended and tranny wiring harness and last but not least a friend and alot of patience, its not hard its a very basic swap its just time consuming
