AODE to T-5 Swap

Hey guys, I have the chance to buy a used T-5 out of a 93 Hatch for $200. The only thing is it has a 3rd Gear Syncro out. Im looking to swap my slush box AODE.
But ive got a couple ?'s

1) Will a Fox T-5 fit in an SN95?
2) Can I use my stock computer?
3) How much to replace the syncro and is it a PITA?
4)Is the AODE where im losing my power?

I want to do the swap because I was driving home and a 2003 Auto 4.6 pulled up next to me and i barely pulled on HER .

1)you need an sn95 input shaft and a different bellhausing
2)no u need one for a 5spd
3)a big pita i think.....u have to rip apart teh tranny but for 200 its worth it.....
4)yes autos suck on teh street.......sry auto guys i just love my 5spd
