This only applies to the 4 bolt kits.
Check to make sure all the 1/4" thick washers are in the install kit.
Maximum Motorsports is aware of the problem with some kits being shipped with only 4 washers (8 are required), and they will gladly send the remaining washers at no charge (atleast they did for me).
