Back spacing on a weld 15x10

Guys,

a buddy of mine is lending me a set of 15x10 weld draglites with brand new BFG drag radials (275/50/15)

i took off one of the rears from my 96 and put the wheel on the studs, everything looked like it clears but with out having the wheel lugs (shanked) you cant tell...

they are 5 1/2 " back spaced, these will be ok right ????

so does that mean that the 5 /12 will sit too far in the arch and possibly rub some suspension parts or something ?
