Bad AOD

Last spring my 1990 AOB went out. My shift down cable slipped off and screw ***** up inside. I am now wanting to sell this old tranny. Case is still good and converter.

What is the best way to get rid of this baby and could make some money. Some shops re-build them. I called one and he said that he'd give me $25 for it.

What do you guys think?

I don't think anyone would use the converter again, so $25 to get rid of the case? I think that's fair, instead of having a big paper weight in your garage. I think it would be tough to sell it for any more, but you never know, try it.
