The Flows are gone and the Bassani is on
Drove them a little around town and on the freeway home.
I can really only compare them to my Flows since that's all I've ever had besides stock.
Here is what I think of them so far....
-Idle: They are deep and quiet; quieter than the Flowmasters.
-Crusing: A more refined softer rumble; more rumble than Flows, just not as loud & "sloppy" sounding.
-Drone: There is virtually zero drone. Much, much less than the Flowmasters. (I can hear myself think again)
-Exterior noise: At idle: quiet but very deep; deeper than Flows. Revving: More rumble, more exciting, and more racey than Flows.
-Interior Noise: The level of sound is about the same; just no drone. They sound more like a medium pitched rumble as opposed to a low pitched Flowmaster "moan"
-WOT: Kick Azz! They sound nasty! This is where they come ALIVE! Very racey and exotic. The pitch is raised but still sounds more refined. And I can still have a converstion in the car.
So far this is exactly what I wanted.
More rumble, Less drone, Quieter inside the car but still nasty as hell outside the car.
