Right now I have a Bassani X Pipe with high flow cats I bought off a friend, I was thinking about getting rid of my A/C and smog, without the smog pump should I get rid of the cats? I've heard they could get damaged without the smog pumping air into the cats, and I'd hate to damage a nice mid pipe such as the Bassani, I guess my question would be keep the Bassani or go Pro Chamber? Any and all opinions welcome. Oh and this is on my 88 Vert, has American Thunders that dump before the axle and BBK ceramic coated equal length shorty headers.
