Bassani Header Instructions Needed!

I picked up a pair of Bassani equal length headers (5093) off of eBay. Unfortunately they didn't ship with complete instructions. I only received the second half of the instruction set. Would someone be able to post the instructions for installing these headers? I would really appreciate the help! Thanks!
