Hey guys I've already got the Bassani cat back (gotta love those tail pipes) and it already sounds sick. Now its time to take it all the way and get rid of the stock H pipe. I was thinking about going with a Bassani X pipe (no cats of course ) or a MAC prochamber. I've read great reviews on both I just wanted to see what you guys think. If anyone has experience with these pipes or sound clips please let me know!!! Thanks!

Some people have already suggested a Dr. Gas O/R X pipe over anything else so im really interested in your opinions

Dr. Gas x is really good but youll have to spend cash getting it weld up. I do hear its worth the money though.

I like the sound of a prochamber better but thats just me.

I had the Bassani catback with the prochamber and I did not like it. It was way too tame sounding. Now I run it with the Bassani o/r x-pipe and that made a big difference in sound. The sound is a lot more noticble and meaner with the Bassani working together. My past systems that I had were the Dr. Gas x-pipe with the spintech pro-streets, O/R H-pipe with MAC, prochamber with the pro-streets, and now I am currently all Bassani. I think it is best out of all of them. The Dr. Gas is nice but it hangs way too low underneath the car. Anyway everybody has different opinions on exhaust sound, but I have to say that I get the most attention and compliments with the Bassani setup. Hope this helps and good luck with your decision.

Bassani all the way if you can. The "quality" of Bassani far exceeds MAC by leaps and bounds. I've also heard good things about Dr. Gas. Personally..BASSANI.....

I agree 100% if you have the money go with Bassani. Mine has been installed for 6 month and I wish I had bought it sooner, love the sound and the extra horse power.

If your not worried about emissions and are going o/r, than I would have to say Bassani. I'm going Magnaflow because of emssions. It may not pass visual, but it will pass emissions.

Do a search for Deadlurker. He has all Bassani and it sounds sick! He has a link in his sig I think where you can hear it.

I also have the same exhaust as Deadlurker, except I have JBA shorties. The sound is INCREDIBLE. My cousin once told me "Brian, you're Mustang is the best sounding Mustang I have ever heard in my entire life."

I say go with Bassani. You will pay a premium, but you will be extremely satisfied!

I have a full Bassani Exhaust and I love its sound, I feel it has the best sound available for a Mustang.
