There's only one thing that will resolve this at this point. That is a full refund
of my purchase price.
That's the only thing that will resolve this. Nothing further needs to be discussed other than an email or phone call to me to get the address to mail my money.
Yeah, they are aware. There used to be a member here that worked in their R&D department. Several complaints were made to him and he said he was going to check their jigs. Nothing ever became of it and I'm guessing the jigs are still off. I absolutely hate putting mine on.
I think bbk suck.I had some problems with their products. My shorties equal length wouldn't fit my off road h pipe.the driver side headers would hit my steering shaft had to put a spacer on my engine mount to work.
Wow, I can't believe how much people can complain. Every product that comes from a plant isn't going to be 100 % perfect. I have BBK longtubes and off road H and they fit to my Flowmasters great and I have no complaints about them what so ever. Everybody is so quick to jump on the complaint bandwagon and nobody says anything good about the company. I also have BBK adj. fuel pressure regulator and springs so I guess my car will fall apart any day now.
My experience with my BBK shorty headers and BBK H-Pipe has not been that positive. The gaskets that came with the headers crumbled after two weeks, they had to be replaced.
Another fine example of a company that doesn't know how and/or refuses to take care of their customers. I will never buy anything BBK again. I will be notifying the BBB and doing whatever else I need to do. The days of screwing the "little guy" are over. Karma is a bitch.
We're only here b/c you refuse to simply issue a refund. How would doing that hurt you or BBK? By refusing to do that you have hurt the company and given it bad press.Aaron-
I take a great deal of pride in making sure that I give top notch customer service and it really burns my ass when I do the best I can, but the occasional hard head decides that he has to have it his way instead of letting me help him which is where we are now.
Make sure you let them know that you modified the product before test fitting it too.
The day the BBB calls on your behalf, I'll be sure to forward them copies of your emails where you refused to allow us to correct the issue, a link to this thread, and a copy of the telephone conversation recordings we do for quality assurance purposes.
Feel free to shoot me an email anytime with your address so I can call tag the part and get the warranty inspection going.
You will be notifying the BBB and "whatever else you need to do"?
"Whatever else" is right here.
Send the email and let us call tag the part.
If you do indeed get in touch with BBB, make sure you let them know that you modified the product before test fitting it too.

@ your idle threats. Be sure to come up w/a way that a welded AIR tube effects the fitment of the tube from the header to the H-Pipe (the piece that won't fit) Best of luck on that!
