bbk off road mid pipe with stock cat back

will a BBK off road mid pipe bot up to my stock cat back on my 97gt? i want to get rid of the cats and improve the sound. i have weld in flows in the stock cat back.

Same exhaust setup I have, and I love the sound, although I do have a wee bit more power in my '99 than your '97.

Now is it a H or X pipe?
