Beers Of Stangnet

Still had Octoberfest at the store by my house the other day, no sign yet of Winter Lager. Kind of odd as they're usually fairly prompt with getting the seasonals in on time.

Now that I think about it, there does seem to be an absence of pumpkin beers there this year...

Nothing else big to report here...we had a Halloween dinner on Saturday night and one of our guests brought me a sixer of Fat Tire and another of Hoegaarden.

Ok, i've been exclusively drinking Dirty Bastard as of late, so nothing exciting to show. It's hitting the spot that needs itching for now.

But Tuesday I unloaded my engine lift and engine stand in my garage "real quick like".:nonono: I have found at 55 that my body isn't quite as flexible as it was at 25.....

So i got a bottle of ibuprofen and this for treatment for a very sore back. It's very good!

They also sell a 12 year old and a 21 year old. This was roughly $38. Still cheap, but smooth and tasty.

Ok, gotta new one here. It's a really good pilsner. Kind of big, 8.something or another.

I really like it, and not just because it describes my home life either!

Based on the label's artwork, it looks like something from Flying Dog. If so, I'll have to keep an eye out for that at the local store. They have a pretty decent selection of their stuff.

Okay...a little off my usual alcoholic beverage choice tonight. With the temperature dropping outside I was wanting a nice hot beverage...so I looked up a hot toddy. Never had one before and I just happened to have the basic ingredients on-hand. Whiskey, honey, lemon juice. Heated up some water, mixed everything else in...not too bad.

Add a little cinnamon or nutmeg. ;)
