Beers Of Stangnet

The wifey brought me home a beer from her travels. Reasonably hoppy amber lager. Not getting many east coast beers here in Hawaii.
Claims to be from oldest brewery in America. Yummy!

All I need is a pint a day, ......well maybe 2 pints a day......or 3......

Good ol' Yuengling! I usually say it's my cheap go-to beer, but I honestly haven't bought any in a while. I also tend to order one at the chain restaurants if I get a beer with dinner since most of those establishments will have it on tap.

Looks like they're just concentrating on their main 4 beers right now; the Traditional, Black & Tan, Light, and the newer Golden Pilsner. I was hoping to see the Summer Wheat again but I guess that's not going to happen.

ETA... Well, there's actually been a couple of Dirty Bastards in here tonight. @Davedacarpainter wasn't here, so I had to have one for him, too.
I like to mix DB with Backwoods Bastard (Founders Brewery also).

BB can be a bit heavy on its own, but real nice when mixed with DB.

Wut? Not an imperial stout. It's a Scotch Ale
I was going to correct myself ironically, lol.

A scotch ale? I was going to correct myself to say a barley wine. Sure tastes like one and has the kick of one too.

I believe you, but i sure wouldn't have guessed an SA.

Dirty Bastard is a scotch ale, if that's what you're meaning.

I get confused easily.

This was actually really good. Marshmallow and double dry hopped IPA doesn't sound very good, but hey why not! You dont get marshmallow until the end and its not to sweet.

Ok, you got me interested. I'll have to ask my local liquor store about that one.

I like marshmallows and I like beer. Just never thought of combining them.
