Best Air Intake Temp Sensor location for Foxbody

Where is the best location to install a new air intake temp sensor for my Supercharged Foxbody? In the intake or in the inlet power pipe?

I prefer to get it into the intake tract, or in the upper plenum if you’ve got npt threads there. IMO the #5 runner where it’s at from the factory is a poor spot.

Stock ECT is expecting it in the lower manifold.

Once you start tuning, it doesn’t matter at that point where it is because you are compensating in the tune.
