just recently did hci on my 89 gt and the rockers seem to be makin a lil more noise then normal, so i was gonna re adjust em just to make sure everything is all good. ive seen many how tos on stangnet but many of em are so diff. so i was wondering which way was the best for me to do? when i originally did them on installation i made sure that the valve was closed and did the turn nut until pushrod has risistance procedure, and then locked em dwn with allen head, all rockers seemed kinda loose but when i primed the oil pump everything tightened right up to where it seemed good, still had some preload in it. is this wrong , i didnt follow the firing order or anything, why is the firing order important in this procedure? car ran fine so it couldnt of been to wrong lol. hopefully u guys can point me in the rite direction. they r 1.6 ford racing roller rockers stud mount on tftw heads. thanks for the hel[p guys!
