Black 5.0 rolling shots with RTR's...

Aww man what a fun time. Haaln and I headed out 281 to The Salt Lick for some afternoon Texas BBQ and on the way I decided to snap some shots are we were cruizin' along. His car was so clean I can't even describe it. The only thing that topped this car was the burnt brisket, which was amazing by the way, lol.

As for the color, I would say black, but there are two very impressive things about this car. The first, is with the naked eye it seems to be invisible as all you can see are reflections of it's surroundings. The second, is when putting the car under a polarizing filter it seems to completely black out, like to the point you can't see anything. It took some tricks to get the details out, but we managed fine.

Here are just a few of my favorites.

There ya go, again, link at the top to the rest of the set. :word:

I have the 2010 version of this car.

When I first got it I had thoughts of regret that I didn't get a different color, and/or any fancy "Mustang" decals on the sides of the body.

But, I gotta say, that now that I've had this car for a while, the "all-black" has grown on me quite a bit.

But I do like the black wheels. I may need to look into these.

Car looks good, I like those wheels. They were my second choice. I have a 2006 Tungsten Gray GT and I didn't want gray wheels on a gray car even though the wheels are very dark gray. The design of the wheel is hot. I ended up going with the Dura Bright Shelby Alcoas. It was a tough decision. I looked at a black '06 and woulda went with the RTRs if I had bought the black GT though.
Great picks!

These are the wheels that will go on my GT when I get it. Easily the best stang wheels that have come along in a long time.

Black cars though... those are no longer on my list of "wants". My current car is the last black car I'll ever own. Awesome when it's clean but horrendous when it's dirty. Not worth the effort IMO.

Great pics btw! That car is in SERIOUS need of the CDC front splitter and blacked out grille!

What suspension does he have? I like the stance.

That looks so badass. I have been going back and forth with those wheels, or matte silver on my Sterling Grey. Great pics too! I'm sending you a contact request through Flickr so I can keep up.
