Ok, Here goes, I installed my MC machine cluster today (looks awesome ) But i ran into install snags like with everything we do to our cars

1. Blinkers, i found loose wires on the harness for the multifunction switch, and they happen to belong to the blinkers i have been trying to fix for some time now, can anyone hook me up with an up close picture of where the light blue/white wire goes to?

2. My volt meter was installed just like autometer said to, i keyed into the stock wiring harness but the volt meter keeps pegging past 18 volts. Could this have something to do with me using a lightbulb instead of a resistor for the alternator?

3. Since i did awa with the stock gauge cluster I am using an autometer fuel gauge for ford platforms, i have it installed according to autometer but when i turn on the car it lifts a bit and stays below E. It wasnt working before so im assuming its not the antislosh module, what do i do with the sender now?

Everything else went as smooth as it could have been with a color blind installer and a rainy day, hopefully you guys can help me out.

What year is the car you are working on? I have an 89 Mustang wiring diagram set that should work OK for the body wiring on 87-89 Mustangs. If you fall in that range, PM me your email address and I will send you a complete Ford Factory 89 Mustang electrical diagram set. The zip file is 2.5 MB and is too big to fit through Stangnet's email gateway.

Its an 87, but everything in the car is from a Cali 88, so its technically a 89 wiring harness so it should work out swell
