Hey all. I've been looking around at all the 75mm throttle-bodies and plenum combos. I know Accufab plenum w/ 75mm TB is the best out there, but it costs about $430.00. I have found this 75mm TB w/ plenum combo on ebay, listed by Blue Oval Industries, for $215.00. The TB is made by Power Throttlebodies and I think so is the plenum.

My question is, is it worth spending $200.00 more for the accufab combo or $100.00 more for BBK or similar? Is there a significance difference in power between the Accufab and the Power? I would like some input.

Thanks!

I have the 75mm TB. I just installed it last week and it works very smoothly. Take it for what it's worth, I do not regret purchasing it, specially when it was just $125 shipped, compared to others costing $180 and up. I think its pretty good quality. (Of course it will now blow my motor because I wrote this...)

i just got my 70 mm Power tb in on saturday...bolted it on and took it to the track as it was my last bolt on!! It did really good at the track...saw some better times, gonna get a dyno in the next week or so. i just couldn't justify paying 100 bucks more for the accufab when the power looks and performs the same...you're just paying for the name IMO! go with the accufab plenum and the power tb...you'll be happy.

I bought the Accufab TB after not liking the pedal feel of a BBK TB. I figured pedal feel with a top rated TB would be better and I was right. As for plenum, the worse that could happen with a cheaper one is a pony less here or there. I purchased this one and to my surprise when I received it, it is a Granatelli Motorsports. Stored the car right after installing them so I can't really give a review on the combo but the pedal feel is like stock.
