Bodyshop recommendations in Seattle Area

Hey folks, I picked up a used bumper for my 03 and need to get it painted to match my car. Its got a little bump on it as if it hit something at 5mph; no cracks, looks like it needs to be filled in or something. The bumper is urethane btw.

Anywho, can anyone recommend a good body shop in the greater Seattle area?
