I have the Accufab TB with Spacer and the Holley Systemax II intake. What size bolts did you use to hold that assembly together. I can measure and get something that Will work, but I wanted to see if there was a best size to get.

It looks like 3/8" diameter, and I assume with the spacer I will need a 1 and 1/2 " length. Im not sure if the diameter depends on the Holley thread size or if all the intakes have a standard size.

Thanks
RC

Rob, I can't believe you actually posted this question as it seems so simple unless I misunderstood you. LOL! Just measure the thickness of the flange on the holley, the thickness of the EGR spacer, and the thickness of the TB flange and add to that the thickness of the nut you will use and you're set for length.

It's "kinda" that easy, but 2 things: At the time I asked, the parts were tucked away, and I worked the next morning, and didnt have time to measure.

SEcond, the hole that the bolt goes in does NOT go through the Holley...there is no nut there...it threads into the intake and stops, therefore it is easy to be off by a quarter inch. I wanted to order this in a chrome bolt, so I didnt want to take a chance and be wrong. I am off tomorrow and can figure it out myself, but was just checking to be safe.

Thanks
RC
