So I decided to create a turbocharger calculator. Unfortunately, I can't get to any google docs or the like to link the excel file to you (stupid websense), but I have a screenshot and will be doing exactly as stated above once I get home from work today.

It all started as me doing calculations for the data points for compressor map plotting by hand and getting fed up with it. I then decided to create a wonderful little calculator, but started thinking about a bunch of different inputs that would affect the numbers.

So I added them. All of them that I could think of.

Then I added BMEP and injector sizing for the hell of it, to tell what would be good/bad for a certain engine and if you need some rotating assembly work.

I understand that the general way of going about sizing turbos around here is talking to people who've done it before, but I figured this would be good for those weird, rare, interesting ideas that people sometimes come up with where there's no one to tell you what to get.

If anyone wants the actual spreadsheet before I post it up here, then PM me or drop a message here with your email and your version of Excel, and I'll shoot it to you.

Also sorry for the horrible quality on the picture, but that whole file size limit about did me in.

Thoughts? Ideas? Think I'm a retard for spending my time on this? Give me your input!

EDIT: I should probably let it be known that the left-hand column values are the only cells that are editable, for ease of use and protection from piracy/copying.
