borla exhaust

i have been looking for some good exhuast and have been told borla is the best for the v6 mustang whats your oppionion? i also heard flowmaster 2ch 40 series sound best 2 so whats better between the 2 mufflers also what size mufflers and for the inlet and outlet whats good 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 do these look good??

i am under the impression that borla is the cadil...wait this is a ford forum...lincoln of exhaust systems period.

Couldn't have put it better myself. I have a borla cat-back and that thing screams at 3500rpm+ It's really quiet when idoling but when you get on it it sounds sick... It, to me has a almost unique sound to it, not ricer and not a massive dohcV8, somewhere in between but it sounds good. Go with borla.

ok sounds good but what about the muffler size this the size i need?

Dimensions: (A) Inlet Dia - 2 1/2" (B) Outlet Dia - 2 1/2"
(C) Shell Lenght - 14" (D) Shell Height - 4"
(E) Shell Width - 9 1/2"

Is that the muffler sizes?

If so then the inlet & outlet should be set at around 2.25". 2.50" is ok to, but I don't think that you need it that big unless you have a power adder. For the L/W/H... I don't know. I bought my system full, it had everything already on it, piping, mufflers and tips. 2.25" all around, but you could go bigger if you want.
