Is there a way to find out how a certain serial number boss is optioned (color etc) and where it its being shipped/sold?

Im trying to find out a lot of the same information on my 12 GT/CS. You have to wait until after to production ceases in order to get the data, and you can order the certificates from one of the Ford sites. I am trying to find the link, but I cant seem to figure out which one it is now. I saw it before, so its available.
