-tranny fluid--im goin with Royal Purple, but how much do i need?
-rear end--also doin Royal Purple, how much?
-spark plugs--what brand to last the longest? stock temp? colder? do they come pre-gapped?
-fuel filter--motorcraft would prolly be the best? anything better as far as performance?

That is on the Bullitt Archive, why not read it?
i did read it. besides for the coolant, bullitarchive didnt say anything about brake fluid type or plugs, besides motorcraft. i wanted to try aftermarket plugs.

Yep, every night... :(

Another tip for you. Be sure to clean up the COP boots really well and condition them with 303 Aerospace Protectant so that they form a good seal and prevent dirt and more importantly water from getting in your plug wells. When I pull my COP boots they come off easily and make a nice popping sound like a cork from a bottle :nice:

ive always used dielectric grease, same thing? also, he never mentions brake fluid capacity. should i buy 1 or 2 liters?

No you are not understanding me. The dielectric grease is for the electrical contact and you should absolutely use it there. The Aerospace protectant is for the rubber, its like Armor All only way better.

I think I used four pints when I bled my brakes. In my town the only place I could find good brake fluid was the Ford parts counter. All that fancy stuff on the Bullitt Archive was special order only no one stocked it.

Most likely the same. They are just surfactants that prevent small bubbles from forming in the passages of the cooling system. I think the Redline stuff is slightly cheaper. I would imagine they are basically the same stuff or at least have the same major ingredient.
