You could fab up a h20 spray on demand system with a windshield washer pump and a nozzle, switch it to a momentary push button..
Did that in my old 924 I used to track race...
Its not like they stay wet, the water hits them, cools them down, and there you go..

Just put some spinners on the car. It'll be like a fan for the wheel and add some bling-bling at the same time.
