brake line question

i have a 95GT (see my link in my signature) i installed shorty headers approx. 8 mos ago. during install on drivers side i loosened a fitting at the end of the brake line where it enters master cylinder moved it carefully out of the way approx. 3 inches to have enough room to remove factory headers and install shorty headers then reconnected brake line and drove with no problems. the question is. is it possible to remove brake line at this point without getting air in system or was i just lucky.

as with any other problem, what worked for u may have been a disaster for me and vice versa. if anything u can bleed all the wheels this way u get to put fresh brake fluid in the system, how old is the fluid in there?

new i changed all the fluids in the vehicle including brake fluid,tranny fluid, rear end ect... as i do with all used cars i buy and plan too keep.i bought the car approx. 1 year ago and changed all fliuds myself within a month of ownership i've put 3,500 miles on it since i bought it.
